Your Flava Benefits membership subscription shall be billed via your payment method which was provided when creating your account with us and choosing to receive the optional Flava Benefits membership subscription.

7 Day Free Trial
When a customer first signs up to our Flava Benefits subscription, they're entitled to a 7 day free trial, which gives them access to all the amazing member benefits
How do I cancel my Flava Benefits subscription
Simply log into your Flava account, in the footer of the website simply click the link named 'Cancelling Flava Benefits' (or click this link once logged in: Flava Benefits Cancellation). You'll then be redirected to the cancellation page, simply click the button named 'Cancel My Flava Benefits Subscription'. Once this is clicked your Flava Benefits subscription will be cancelled.
You can cancel your Flava Benefits membership subscription at any time within your 7-day trial period at no cost.
Should you cancel your Flava Benefits membership subscription after your 7-day trial period has expired, then you will be required to pay any outstanding membership payments that may be owed.
Refunds
Should you be entitled to any refund then this will be refunded to you back to the payment method used within 5 working days.
We reserve the right to alter the Membership Fee for future renewals of your Membership. We will notify you of any alteration in the Membership Fee at least 7 days in advance of the alteration, and you can cancel your Membership renewal if you do not wish your Membership to be renewed at the altered Membership Fee.
